What is Self- Storage?

Store-Y Self Storage is a concept of storage space to rent in Singapore. Storage space unit that is available for you to store the excessive item from home to make more room or even business inventory which require spacious space.

The minimum days of storage?

A minimum of 14 days is required for storage call us for more information.

How do we do the booking?

Customer will require to visit our facilities to view the storage area, upon agreed on the unit you selected, you may move in on the spot. Call us for to make advance appointment at Tel:67278181.

Can we do online booking?

Customer will require to sign the agreement after completing of the agreement. We will require to verified customer personal detail upon registration.

How old can we made a booking for storage?

You must be 18 years and above to be legal age for the signing of the agreement.

Can we use yours address as a company registered address?

We regret to inform you that we strictly do not encourage our customer to use our address for
company registration.

Do we have insurance coverage for the storage?

We do have storage coverage minimum of $3,000 up to $15,000. Do call us for more information on the coverage.

Do we have a security system in our facilities?

Yes, our facilities are equipped with 24-hour CCTV surveillance in or aircon and non-aircon units. Which equipped with pin code access generate for individual tenant.

Customer all allow to store almost everything except as per below item:

  • Hazardous material such as explosive, inflammable goods and environmental Harmful item.
  • Perishable item
  • Item that are irreplaceable, such as currency, jewellery, furs and deed.
  • Toxic item.
  • Living animal and plants.
  • Any item that prohibited by the law.

How do we get there?

Nearest MRT: Sembawang MRT Walking distance from MRT to NORDCOM2 it will take estimation of 15-20 min walk.
Buses: 859 & 962

How do we reach to Level 4?

By Walking: Upon reaching Nordcom 2, Tower 2 please take Lift to Level 4
By Driving: Use the Middle entrance Drive up to Level 4

How do I make a payment?

We are on cashless system customer are required to make payment via NETS,VISA, MASTERCARD, PAYNOW, BANKTRANSFER & CHEQUE.

Will I be informed once my rental is due for lease?

Yes, an invoice will be generated on 20 days before your lease end for the reminder. Rest assure will call for reminder as well.

When can I access the unit?

The unit is 24 hours access via security pincode 7 days a week and all year round. Security pincode access is to be kept confidentially only to the owner of the unit.

What are the unit sizes that is available?

Our Self Storage are from 16 sqft- 243 sqft from our Locker unit till Frontaccess unit.

What type of storage do u have?

We have non-aircon and aircon facilities for our storage space.
